SHIPPING WITHIN THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA AND THE EUROPEAN UNION
For delivery we use the services of the Croatian Post. Upon order, the buyer should transfer the money directly on our bank account, using e-banking system or bank order, and address it to: PAVORAN d.o.o. Poljana J. Brunšmida 2, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. Account number HR2023600001101351881 at Zagrebačka banka BIC: ZABAHR2X. Buyer should use Order ID as a reference number. The order will be shipped within 1 to 2 working days from the order and the payment has been transferred to our account. Purchase through PayPal is also available.
Deadline for delivery within Croatia is up to 3 working days, excluding islands, where delivery can take longer in extreme weather conditions (snow, flood, etc.). Deadline for delivery to the European countries is up to 7 working days, except in extreme weather conditions (snow, flood, etc.).
Shipping within the EU and other countries is 4€.
Delivery and Packaging: ordered goods will be shipped on weekdays, within 1-2 days from receipt of the order. Your package will be delivered to the address you entered as a contact. Please specify the exact address including postcode, your email address as well as and telephone number.
Important note: If during delivery you notice some damage to the package, please notify the delivery service company immediately and open the package in front of their employee. If the product is damaged, together with the courier, make a report of the damage to the shipment with your signature and the signature of the carrier representative. One copy of the report remains yours and second of the courier. Please contact us regarding the damage so that we could in the shortest possible time span compensate for the damage.
Shipment not delivered: If the buyer does not receive the goods or notification of delivery within the expected time, the buyer is obliged to notify the seller via email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can take the action to find shipment.
Reimbursement for the return shipment: If the buyer refuses to accept the goods or does not pick it up in the courier office after he was left a dispatch note, the seller has the right to seek compensation from the customer for all costs related to delivery.
Products can be ordered also if you live outside Europe.
Shipping charges outside Europe is always the same and does not depend on the country of delivery.
Delivery price for the world (excluding Europe) is 38,00 HRK (~ 5,00 €, depending on exchange rate).
Products will be sent in 1 to 2 working days after your payment is visible on our account, and the deadline for delivery is 15-21 working days. Submission deadline may be extended if the package remains at the customs.
Purchaser is responsible for payment of taxes and duties in accordance with the laws of the state of residence.
